Caring Hearts Home Care, LLC was officially established in January of 2016, but its history goes back to 2010. That was when Tracy Schmeits, the owner & founder, started taking care of her first client. Tracy had noticed a need for non-medical caregivers in the area and knew that she was right for the job. Her passion for providing one on one care to individuals so that they can remain in their homes where they are most comfortable has grown in to a full-fledged business with seventeen employees and twenty clients. Tracy and her team continue to dedicate their time and efforts into providing the best in-home care available.
